1. What we collect

• Account info: email address and authentication data
• Workspace data: leads, contacts, campaigns, emails you create
• Integration credentials: SMTP, Apollo, Anthropic keys (stored server-side only)
• Usage logs: errors, API calls, email events (opens, clicks, bounces)

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the service — send emails on your behalf, run AI generation, validate leads, and display your workspace. We do not sell your lead data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We use Supabase (database & auth), and optionally Apollo.io, Anthropic, and your SMTP provider. Each processes data according to their own policies when you connect them.

4. Email tracking

Outbound emails may include open pixels and tracked links. Recipients can unsubscribe via the link in every campaign email.

5. Your rights

You can export or delete your data by contacting us. EU/UK users may have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure.
